Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Protein Bars- Gluten Free & Dairy Free

OMG you have to try these, my favorite protein bar go to..
The protein bars in the store are full of added ingredients and lets face it, they cost alot of money as well. You can make these right at home and they only take 5 minutes to make. The longest part is putting them in the freezer to harden.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Protein Bar-
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten free oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
4 oz allergen free chocolate chips
( I use the Enjoy life brand )
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate.
Transfer to an 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Press down with a spoon or use your hands.
Put in freezer for about a hour to harden.
Once hard, melt your chocolate over the bars.
Put back in freezer until your liking.
Cut into bars and store in the fridge.
Each bar is about 8 Grams of Protein
